You will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our packaging lines while contributing to impactful projects that drive our production KPIs forward. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Packaging Operations team in monitoring daily production performance and efficiency metrics.
- Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives on the packaging floor.
- Conduct time studies and workflow analyses to identify opportunities for waste reduction and process optimization.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot equipment downtime and track root cause analysis reports.
- Assist in preparing operational reports, data dashboards, and performance presentations for management review.
- Support the team in ensuring all packaging operations comply with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving machine availability and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret production data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced industrial setting.
- Prior knowledge or interest in Lean Manufacturing principles, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), or 5S is highly preferred.
- Committed to a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
