You will be assigned to a mentor who will guide your professional development and help you bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world industrial application.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the monitoring and optimization of semiconductor production processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to industrial engineering and quality assurance.
- Collect, analyze, and report on technical data to support engineering decision-making.
- Support the maintenance and calibration of laboratory or manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborate with local and international teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document technical workflows and update process control specifications.
- Contribute to safety and compliance audits within the production facility.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical) or Physics.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with statistical software (Minitab, JMP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship duration of at least 3-6 months.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong team-player mentality.
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing or lean manufacturing principles.
