Tanggung Jawab
- Assist engineering teams in daily operations, project execution, and problem-solving activities.
- Support the development, testing, and optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality, Production, Supply Chain) to drive continuous improvement.
- Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Create and update technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Present findings and project updates to supervisors and team members.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, or a closely related field).
- Strong academic performance with a demonstrated interest in manufacturing or engineering operations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles, Lean, or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Availability to commit for a minimum of 3 months, preferably 6 months.
- Authorized to work in Malaysia.
