Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in plant operations, production scheduling, and raw material planning.
- Support the logistics team in warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution coordination.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on operational efficiency and waste reduction.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare comprehensive management reports for various departments.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain high product standards and food safety protocols.
- Engage in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives, audits, and compliance checks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned tasks and strategic projects.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to process documentation and optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelorâs Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Food Science, or a related field.
- Strong academic track record with excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a strong advantage.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Available for a minimum internship duration of 3 months (6 months preferred).
- Willing to be based in Taiping, Perak (own transportation and accommodation are the responsibility of the candidate).
