Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily operational tasks within our poultry production or processing facilities.
- Support the Quality Assurance team in monitoring product standards and hygiene compliance.
- Participate in data collection and reporting for supply chain and inventory management.
- Collaborate with department leads on process improvement initiatives.
- Document operational workflows and assist in maintaining technical records.
- Support administrative tasks as required by the assigned department.
- Engage in safety training and ensure adherence to company protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (BS Agriculture, Food Technology, Engineering, Business, or related fields).
- Must be required by the university to undergo On-the-Job Training (OJT).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Highly adaptable, eager to learn, and willing to work in a field or plant environment.
