Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the purchasing team in sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and processing purchase orders.
- Support finance department in data entry, invoice processing, and preparation of financial reports.
- Help with production planning and inventory management tasks.
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings to understand integrated business operations.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making in procurement and planning.
- Contribute to process improvement and documentation projects.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
