Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the sourcing and procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for daily operations.
- Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders (POs) to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and compare prices to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve queries, negotiate terms, and track delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and update inventory management systems.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining supplier databases.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve procurement processes.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in purchasing, procurement, and supply chain management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
