Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily quality inspection processes to ensure adherence to technical specifications.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain comprehensive quality documentation and compliance reports.
- Develop and deliver professional presentations for internal quality review meetings.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Support the team in root-cause analysis for quality deviations and corrective action planning.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of quality data to identify process trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline shop-floor quality workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and industrial engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Keen attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility toward industrial safety standards.
