Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Ship Planning team in preparing stowage plans for container vessels.
- Analyze vessel stability data to ensure safe and efficient cargo distribution.
- Monitor vessel movements and coordinate with port operations to ensure schedule adherence.
- Participate in team meetings and provide administrative support for shipping projects.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate documentation within our logistics software systems.
- Assist in identifying operational bottlenecks and proposing potential solutions.
- Learn and apply international shipping regulations and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international team environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn complex systems.
- Available for a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
