Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the research, identification, and evaluation of potential suppliers and procurement opportunities.
- Support the team in preparing and processing purchase requisitions and orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Help maintain and update supplier databases, contracts, and other procurement-related documentation.
- Participate in market analysis and data gathering to identify cost-saving initiatives and supply chain efficiencies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., production, logistics) to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Provide administrative support to the Sourcing and Procurement department, including report generation and presentation preparation.
- Learn and adhere to Top Glove's procurement policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at improving procurement processes and vendor performance.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- A basic understanding of procurement principles or supply chain concepts is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
