Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with general office administration and filing tasks.
- Manage and organize travel documentation and data entry.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone professionally.
- Support the travel consultants in booking processes and itinerary preparations.
- Update and maintain company databases and records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in any field.
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
