Tanggung Jawab
- Assist lead teachers in the daily implementation of the curriculum and learning activities.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Prepare educational materials, crafts, and snacks for the children.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities.
- Observe and document children's behavior and developmental milestones.
- Support classroom management and encourage positive social interactions among students.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Demonstrated passion for working with young children (ages 0-6).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both children and parents.
- Patient, nurturing, and energetic personality.
- Basic understanding of child development principles and psychology.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teaching team.
- First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
