Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Hikvision's security products and solutions
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues reported by customers
- Document customer interactions and technical solutions in the support system
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop effective solutions for complex technical problems
- Assist in the configuration and installation of security systems at customer sites

Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
