Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Tenant Relation team in daily communication with tenants to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Help manage tenant inquiries, feedback, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support administrative tasks related to tenant database management and property documentation.
  • Assist in the coordination of tenant activities and building events to foster a positive community environment.
  • Monitor facility usage and report maintenance issues promptly to the relevant departments.
  • Prepare periodic reports on tenant relations performance and operational updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline property management processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Available for a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
