Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Tenant Relation team in daily communication with tenants to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Help manage tenant inquiries, feedback, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Support administrative tasks related to tenant database management and property documentation.
- Assist in the coordination of tenant activities and building events to foster a positive community environment.
- Monitor facility usage and report maintenance issues promptly to the relevant departments.
- Prepare periodic reports on tenant relations performance and operational updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline property management processes.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Available for a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
