Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the recording of daily inventory movements, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
- Perform periodic stock takes and cycle counts to ensure physical inventory matches system records.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and provide detailed reports to management with actionable solutions.
- Prepare monthly inventory reconciliation reports and ensure accuracy in the accounting software.
- Coordinate with the procurement and warehouse teams to ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions.
- Monitor the valuation of stock and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit documentation regarding inventory and COGS.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory accounting or general ledger accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, inventory valuation methods, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and integrity under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (preferred).
