FNT Clothing Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Analyst to join our dynamic team in Meycauayan City, Bulacan. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records within our ERP and WMS platforms, ensuring real-time visibility of stock levels across all warehouse locations.
As an Inventory Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations, reducing stock discrepancies, and supporting management decisions with data-driven insights. You will collaborate closely with warehouse staff, procurement teams, and finance departments to ensure seamless inventory management processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain precise inventory records within ERP and WMS platforms to ensure real-time visibility of stock levels
- Monitor and analyze inventory movements, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions
- Generate regular inventory reports and dashboards for management review
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize stock allocation and fulfillment processes
- Assist in implementing inventory control procedures and best practices
- Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy
- Support procurement decisions by providing inventory turnover and demand analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in inventory analysis or warehouse operations (fresh graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in ERP and WMS platforms is required
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
