Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels for finished goods and raw materials across multiple warehouse locations
- Prepare regular inventory reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to support decision-making
- Coordinate with Layer Farm and Rearing Farm teams to optimize stock replenishment and distribution
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and maximize accuracy
- Collaborate with procurement and production departments to align inventory strategies with business needs
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory management systems
- Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Support supply chain optimization through data-driven insights and recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or logistics role
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory control methods
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and data interpretation abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred
