In this key role, you will oversee the flow of finished goods and essential supplies across our Layer Farm and Rearing Farm operations. You will act as the bridge between our warehouse operations and strategic planning, ensuring stock levels are optimized to meet production demands while minimizing waste. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage the flow of inventory from receiving to dispatch, ensuring accuracy across all warehouses.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend stock adjustments to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to synchronize inventory levels with manufacturing schedules.
- Perform regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and variance analysis to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, including receipts, issues, and transfers, using ERP systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all inventory-related activities.
- Prepare and present detailed inventory reports to management to support decision-making processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics within the manufacturing or agricultural industry.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment with flexible hours when necessary.
