Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Analyze historical sales data to create accurate stock forecasts and replenishment plans.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize stock ordering and reduce lead times.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances in a timely manner.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems and software to streamline processes.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards regarding stock status, turnover rates, and forecast accuracy.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse stock and suggest process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Analyst or in a similar role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel functions.
- Deep understanding of supply chain principles, inventory control methods, and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
