- Monitor and analyze all material transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance for assigned inventory areas.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies, root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize holding costs, and prevent obsolescence.
- Collaborate with planning, procurement, and production teams to forecast material demand and ensure timely supply.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Oversee cycle counting and physical inventory processes, ensuring data integrity and reconciliation.
- Ensure adherence to all company inventory control policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and material flow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in inventory control, analysis, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
