Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system to ensure data integrity.
- Analyze inventory trends and stock levels to optimize ordering processes and reduce holding costs.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and procurement teams to resolve stock discrepancies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Prepare detailed inventory reports and forecasts for management review to support decision-making.
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and prevent loss.
- Assist in the management of stock transfers and inter-company movements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an Inventory Analyst or in a similar role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar), and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when handling large volumes of data.
- Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
