- Analyze inventory performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain accurate inventory forecasts using historical data and market trends
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to align inventory strategies
- Implement inventory control procedures and recommend process improvements
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Generate comprehensive inventory reports for stakeholder reviews
- Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking and stockout situations
- Ensure compliance with inventory policies and regulatory standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or similar role
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
