Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze inventory data to identify optimization opportunities and cost reduction strategies
- Monitor stock levels, turnover rates, and supply chain performance metrics
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to align inventory with demand forecasts
- Implement inventory control procedures and conduct regular cycle counts
- Generate inventory reports and dashboards for management decision-making
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Support warehouse operations through inventory system audits and process improvements
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment and minimize stockouts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of inventory management or logistics experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Experience in demand forecasting and inventory optimization techniques
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory control methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
