Rieckermann Philippines, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory and Procurement Officer to join our growing team in Mandaluyong City. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our Accounting Manager by ensuring the seamless operation of our procurement processes, administrative functions, and inventory management systems.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong grasp of supply chain fundamentals and financial accuracy. You will be responsible for balancing cost-efficiency with operational needs, ensuring that our internal teams have the resources they need while maintaining precise inventory records. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and purchase order execution.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits to ensure discrepancies are minimized.
- Collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager to monitor budget compliance and assist in financial reporting related to procurement activities.
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Provide administrative support to the Accounting Team, including document filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Monitor supply levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent stockouts while optimizing storage costs.
- Ensure all procurement documentation complies with company policies and statutory tax requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in inventory management and procurement roles.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and cross-departmental coordination.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize urgent requests, and work under minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of logistics and basic accounting principles is highly preferred.
