Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring all activities align with company policies and safety standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maximize productivity and ensure high morale.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to forecast material requirements and schedule deliveries.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems (e.g., SAP) to track stock movements accurately.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and safe operation of warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, inventory management, or logistics.
- Proven experience with inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of local safety regulations and OSHA compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
