Join Rhenus Logistics as an Inventory Assistant and become a vital part of our dynamic supply chain operations. You'll be responsible for maintaining real-time accuracy between our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and physical stock counts, directly impacting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage client orders to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS through regular reconciliation with physical counts
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through systematic audits
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to optimize inventory movements
- Generate inventory reports and documentation for operational analysis
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses
- Support cycle count activities and inventory accuracy initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or relevant certification in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills for inventory discrepancy resolution
- Basic knowledge of logistics operations and inventory control principles
