Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily inventory levels to ensure the availability of finished goods for both local and export sales orders.
- Perform regular cycle counts and annual stock audits to verify accuracy and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to ensure quantity and quality match purchase orders.
- Prepare and organize stock for outbound shipments, ensuring proper labeling and safe handling procedures.
- Update inventory management systems and databases in real-time to reflect stock movements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in strict compliance with company safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics and sales teams to address stock shortages and expedite order fulfillment.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with inventory management software or proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting moderately heavy items.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
