Job Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Inventory Assistant to join Petroplas Trading Incorporated in San Pedro City, Laguna. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of company stock, materials, and merchandise. Your work will directly support the efficiency of our manufacturing, transport, and logistics operations.
Key Duties:
- Monitor and update inventory levels using our software systems.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and periodic physical inventories.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of products.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse staff for stock movements.
- Prepare inventory reports and analyze discrepancies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the system.
- Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.

Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business or Logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory management or related field.
- Knowledge of inventory software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physically capable of performing warehouse duties if required.
