- Accurately encode and document daily warehouse operations in our inventory management system
- Monitor inventory levels and track movement of goods throughout the supply chain
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and efficiency
- Identify and report any inventory issues or irregularities
- Assist in preparing inventory reports for management review
- Support physical inventory audits as needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse operations is advantageous
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
