- Perform regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records using management systems
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders for medical supplies
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis and decision-making
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize stock turnover
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation procedures for medical products
- Support annual inventory audits and process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in logistics or related field
- 1-2 years experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles and medical inventory protocols
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
