Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of orthopedic medical supplies.
- Perform regular cycle counts and conduct periodic physical inventory audits.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to track incoming shipments and outgoing orders.
- Ensure all inventory documentation is updated accurately in the management system.
- Prepare stock reports and assist in identifying low-stock items for timely replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse or storage area.
- Assist in the inspection of incoming medical components for quality assurance.
- Support general administrative tasks related to supply chain operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to track numerical data accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn medical product specifications.
- Prior experience in inventory management or warehouse operations is an advantage but not required.
