As an Inventory Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy of our inventory data and supporting the logistics team to ensure seamless operations. You will be responsible for tracking stock levels, managing documentation, and ensuring that our warehousing processes meet company standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy across the warehouse.
- Update and maintain inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Assist the logistics coordinator with inbound and outbound shipment processing.
- Prepare, verify, and document delivery orders and inventory adjustment reports.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to identify and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Support general warehouse housekeeping and safety compliance efforts.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and office administration to resolve stock-related queries.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems is a distinct advantage.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work a 5-day work week and handle physical tasks when required.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
