As an Inventory Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing stock levels, coordinating with the logistics team, and maintaining the integrity of our inventory data. This role offers a competitive gross salary starting at $2,960 before overtime, featuring an attractive 4-3-3-4 shift pattern (Work 4 days, Off 3 days; Work 3 days, Off 4 days) that provides an excellent work-life balance and predictable scheduling.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily inventory cycle counts and reconcile physical stock with Warehouse Management System (WMS) records.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery and documentation accuracy.
- Execute picking and packing of orders according to picking lists and prepare items for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Assist in the efficient loading and unloading of goods from delivery vehicles and containers.
- Update inventory databases with accurate data entry regarding stock movements and transfers.
- Identify and report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or storage issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Support general warehouse duties and participate in annual full-scale stocktake exercises.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, ITE, or equivalent vocational certification.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor, including lifting and moving goods.
- Commitment to working a 12-hour 4-3-3-4 shift rotation.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks and WMS navigation.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in counting and recording.
- Positive attitude, reliable attendance, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Possession of a valid Singapore Forklift License is a significant advantage.
