Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconciliation of inventory items to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Meticulously verify SKU numbers, barcodes, and product descriptions during incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records within our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to organize stock and maintain high standards of storage facility organization.
- Prepare detailed inventory discrepancy reports and collaborate with management to resolve variances.
- Support shipping and receiving operations during peak operational hours.
- Conduct regular audits to identify slow-moving or obsolete items.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics.
- Superior attention to detail and ability to differentiate between similar alphanumeric SKU sequences.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and inventory management software or MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage inventory discrepancies.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical inventory counts as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- High school diploma or vocational equivalent; college level or degree is an advantage.
