Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end inventory management processes, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in stock records through regular cycle counts and physical audits.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams to forecast material requirements and prevent site delays.
- Implement and maintain systematic organization within storage facilities to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Ensure all inventory documentation complies with company policies and safety protocols.
- Monitor stock levels and provide timely alerts for replenishment to maintain project continuity.
- Identify and report discrepancies or damaged goods immediately to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP or inventory management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a project-based environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors and internal teams.
- Willingness to be assigned in Iloilo and committed to the duration of the project.
