RecruitFirst is currently seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our expanding logistics team in Changi South. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, managing inventory movements, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods within our facility. We are offering a competitive remuneration package of up to $3,200 per month, inclusive of AWS, for a full-time, Monday to Friday schedule.
As an Inventory Associate, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations. Your daily tasks will involve performing regular stocktakes, receiving and verifying incoming shipments, and preparing items for dispatch. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily and monthly stocktaking and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery notes.
- Pick, pack, and label customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Update inventory management systems (WMS) with real-time stock movements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Report discrepancies in stock levels or damaged goods immediately.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' Levels or higher education qualification.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
- Valid Singaporean ID or Work Pass.
