Mindbridge Resources Corporation is currently seeking a meticulous and highly organized Inventory Auditor to join our growing team in Cabanatuan City. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our inventory systems, ensuring accuracy across our supply chain and logistics operations.
As an Inventory Auditor, you will be responsible for performing regular cycle counts, reconciling stock discrepancies, and implementing processes that mitigate loss. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of inventory control best practices within the manufacturing and logistics sectors. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular physical inventory cycle counts and spot checks across warehouse locations.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between system records and physical stock levels.
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation and prepare detailed audit reports for management.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory handling are followed.
- Analyze inventory aging and movement trends to assist in optimizing stock levels.
- Identify process gaps that contribute to inventory variance and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies during all audit activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory control, auditing, or warehouse management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software is a distinct advantage.
