- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to verify stock levels.
- Reconcile physical stock against system records and identify any discrepancies.
- Analyze inventory data to detect trends, errors, or potential theft.
- Prepare and maintain accurate inventory reports and necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper stock organization and labeling.
- Assist in the implementation of improved inventory control procedures.
- Update inventory databases and software systems with current stock information.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in inventory auditing or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in Compostela, Cebu.
