Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive physical inventory audits and cycle counts across warehouse locations
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies between physical counts and ERP/WMS systems
- Analyze inventory variances and recommend corrective actions for process improvements
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain detailed audit documentation and compliance records
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and losses
- Utilize inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for data analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory auditing or warehouse management
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of inventory control methodologies (FIFO, LIFO, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Valid driver's license for site visits (if required)
