Landers is seeking a highly analytical and meticulous Inventory Auditor to join our growing team in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. In this pivotal role, you will act as the gatekeeper of our inventory integrity, ensuring that our internal control procedures are strictly followed and that all records accurately reflect our operational practices.
As an Inventory Auditor, you will play a critical role in minimizing shrinkage, identifying process inefficiencies, and supporting the overall success of our supply chain and retail operations. We are looking for someone who possesses a sharp eye for discrepancies, strong ethical standards, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Examine and verify records, reports, and documentation against actual inventory levels.
- Identify, document, and investigate inventory discrepancies to determine root causes.
- Monitor compliance with established internal control procedures and operational policies.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to implement corrective actions.
- Perform spot checks on high-value items and sensitive stock areas.
- Support year-end or semi-annual inventory reconciliation processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory auditing, loss prevention, or warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting findings.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software is a significant advantage.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
