Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify low-stock items to trigger reorder processes.
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse layouts to facilitate easy access and retrieval of goods.
- Input data into the inventory management system accurately and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to receive incoming shipments and verify stock accuracy.
- Prepare periodic inventory reports for management, highlighting variances or potential supply chain risks.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly storage environment.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or stock management.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude for data reconciliation.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet tight operational deadlines.
- Reliable, honest, and capable of working with minimal supervision in a team setting.
