Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end process of receiving incoming deliveries and verifying shipment accuracy against purchase orders.
- Oversee the systematic release of outgoing orders to ensure timely dispatch and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain 100% stock accuracy.
- Prepare and submit precise daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse environment to facilitate efficient stock handling.
- Monitor stock levels and provide timely alerts for replenishment to prevent stockouts.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and logistics partners to resolve discrepancies in shipments.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data entry and reporting.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a warehouse setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- High school diploma or vocational course completion; degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business is an advantage.
- Physically fit to perform warehouse duties and basic lifting requirements.
