In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our inventory records are accurate and our supply chain processes run smoothly.
As an Inventory Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining stock integrity, monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments, and performing regular physical counts. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily and periodic physical inventory counts to ensure system records match on-hand stock.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain clean, organized, and labeled inventory storage areas for easy retrieval and stock rotation.
- Process inventory adjustments, transfers, and disposals in the company database in a timely manner.
- Monitor stock levels and alert management to low-stock thresholds to prevent potential shortages.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for warehouse management.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse staff to streamline internal stock movement and delivery processes.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Clerk, or similar role preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Excel) and inventory management software.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Must be willing to be assigned in San Rafael, Bulacan.
