- Monitor inventory levels and stock movements to maintain optimal stock levels across all channels
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits with documented reconciliation procedures
- Implement inventory control policies and procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses
- Analyze inventory data using ERP/WMS systems to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to align inventory strategies with business demands
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management
- Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP/WMS) and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret inventory data and performance metrics
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
