Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily monitoring and recording of inventory stock levels to ensure system accuracy.
- Support the Quality Control (QC) team by documenting inspection results and tracking product standards.
- Perform regular data entry and database updates using internal administrative software.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and participate in physical cycle counts and stock audits.
- Prepare periodic operational reports to assist management in tracking key performance indicators.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for inventory-related documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data flow between operations and administration.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot data inconsistencies quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (familiarity with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude toward teamwork.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new inventory management technologies.
