Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure optimal storage and efficient product movement.
- Prepare detailed inventory reports for management regarding stock movement and variance analysis.
- Monitor supply chain metrics to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics departments to streamline replenishment processes.
- Enforce safety and warehouse compliance standards to ensure a secure working environment.
- Utilize inventory management software to track incoming and outgoing shipments effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and inventory management systems (WMS/ERP).
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a warehouse setting.
- Sound understanding of manufacturing/logistics workflows and best practices.
- Willingness to be based in Shah Alam, Selangor.
