Cimory Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Inventory Control Foreman to oversee our inventory operations in Pasuruan. As a leader in the FMCG sector, we prioritize accuracy, efficiency, and safety in our supply chain. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily stock levels, coordinating with the warehouse team, and ensuring that all inventory records are precise and up-to-date.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily inventory activities to ensure stock accuracy and prevent shortages.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems and databases.
- Oversee the organization of warehouse space to maximize operational efficiency.
- Report inventory damages, losses, or security issues to management promptly.
- Train and mentor junior staff on proper inventory handling procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse management.
- Experience working within the FMCG sector is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Proficient in using ERP software or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
