Join King's Quality Foods, Inc., a leading player in the food manufacturing industry, as we seek a dynamic Inventory Control Officer to optimize our supply chain operations. This pivotal role involves collaborating with our Supply Chain Manager to implement inventory strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure seamless product flow. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, conducting cycle counts, and analyzing inventory data to prevent discrepancies. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and reconcile inventory levels using ERP/WMS systems
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Analyze inventory trends to optimize stock turnover ratios
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams on stock replenishment
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory control procedures
- Generate inventory performance reports for management review
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of inventory accounting principles and practices
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Basic understanding of food safety and quality standards
