Leading Garment Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Staff to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of our inventory, ensuring that raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods are accurately tracked and readily available for production needs. You will act as the bridge between the warehouse and production departments, utilizing data to optimize stock levels and prevent costly shortages or overstocking.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods inventory to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies with system records to maintain data integrity.
- Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure material availability aligns with manufacturing schedules.
- Process and record incoming shipments and outgoing deliveries in the inventory management system (ERP).
- Prepare and analyze monthly inventory reports to track stock levels, turnover rates, and identify trends.
- Identify slow-moving stock and recommend strategies to optimize warehouse space and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards within the inventory storage areas.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or manufacturing.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite (Excel advanced functions).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles and garment manufacturing processes.
