Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily inventory management operations including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain 99.5%+ inventory accuracy
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstock situations
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast requirements, and reduce carrying costs
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow
- Train and mentor inventory staff on best practices, safety protocols, and system usage
- Develop and maintain accurate inventory reports for management decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management with supervisory background
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex inventory data
- Experience implementing inventory control methodologies (FIFO, LIFO, ABC analysis)
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Knowledge of ISO and GMP standards in manufacturing environments
